Hi, is any store where I can buy and refund card in capital airport terminal 3?

Yes. You can purchase and refund the smart card at the Ticket Service Counter of Airport Express Train at T3. The detailed English signs at the airport can help you find the right direction. Don't worry. :)

I tried to buy the card at T3 today and was told it had to be bought at a metro station. This was also confirmed by the airport information desk.
