How do we go to Tiananmen square from Beijing east train station?
And also from the west train station?

Well, from East Station, walk north along West Dawang Road for about 0.6 mile to Dawang Road Metro Station. Then, take metro line 1 to Tiananmen East Railway Station, Exit D. Walk west for about 200 yards to the square.
From West Station, take metro line 9 to Military Museum. Then, change to metro line 1 to Tiananmen East Railway Station. Then walk there.0
