About:Tianmen Mountain (Heaven's Gate)

Tianmen Express Cableway maintenance

Good morning, have the dates for the Tianmen Express Cableway annual inspection and maintenance been communicated? According to previous years it should be around november, but I would like to know the exact dates in order to organize my itinerary and visits. Thanks

The inspection and maintenance have finished on March 12 and 13 this year.

Thanks for your reply. To avoid misunderstanding I would like to be sure that the march maintenance was done to the Express Cableway which is the SHORT one arriving near the base of the 999 stesps staircase to Heaven and not to the long one (28 minutes trip) which I think it is called Tianmen Mountain Cable Car. Thanks

Tianmen Cave Express Cableway arriving near the base of 999 steps has finished maintenance in November last year and Tianmenshan Cable Way finished in March. Both the two has completed their maintenance.

Thanks for your answer. As far as I understood maintenance is done once a year, so next maintenance to Tianmen Cave Express Cableway arriving near the base of 999 steps is scheduled in November 2025. Do you know the exact dates in order to organize my itinerary?
