About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

I have been married for 7 years to a chinese national. can I apply for permenent residency?

I and my wife own an apartment in Harbin. I am a retired U.k. citizen. We both have good pensions. I am 69 years old.
I want to stay in China .Can i get residency here?

Denis, if you have already lived in PRC for five consecutive years and no less than nine months every year, it's very likely that you can get the permanent residency.
