arriving shenzhen departing guangzhou airports 72 hr visa

Hi, wanting to know if I arrive at Shenzhen airport and want to depart following day from Guangzhou can I qualify for 72hr free transit and continuing onto third country?  Thanks in advance.

Tony, no, you cannot because you arrive in Shenzhen first. If you want to use the 72 hour free transit, you should arrive at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. But if your layover time in Shenzhen and Guangzhou is less than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit and no visa is needed.

So I can arrive shenzhen travel to Guangzhou by bus, train etc and leave Guangzhou airport within 24hrs with free 24hr direct transit. Thanks in advance
