About:China Shandong Airlines

Can I touch Shandong Airlines directly.

I have a big complaint to Shandong Airlines on ground service yesterday.
I have tried to find homepage written by English, but I couldn't.
PLS let me know how to explain my complaint.

As i know Shandong Airlines do not have English website. You may try the hotline instead like 95369
