Is there some direct bus from Guilin to Zhangjiajie?

If it is, what is the schedule and how much is the ticket?

No, there is no direct bus nor direct train. You need to make a transfer in Changsha or Liuzhou. I suggest you take a plane, which is convenient and comfortable.
