About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does 144 hour visa for any us citizen ? Even the person is born in China before?

Any us citizen go PRC have to get PRC entry permit. Now 144 hours free transit is for any us citizen,? Even person is born PRC?

I think as long as you hold US passport, no matter what your origin is, you can use the free transit.
