About:Shangri-La Transportation

I would like to know that how to find a bus/van from Shangri La to Diqing.

As I heard that it takes about 5-6 hours but need to know what time is the earliest time I can get a bus/van. Thanks :D

Well, SGL is part of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Perfecture. What is your exact destination? :)
