About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Greek passport. Seoul or Busan to Shanghai to Dubai

Flying from greece to taiwan, then Macau, Hong Kong and South Korea. I want to fly from Seoul to Shanghai at 29 March and leave from Shanghai at 1 April to Dubai via Singapore. Am i eligible for the 144 hour visa?

Yes, you definitely are. Your itinerary is a good example of an eligible itinerary. In other words, you will be covered by 144 hour visa free transit in wider Shanghai area and you do not need any kind of visa. Please, just use correct terminology because this is not 144 hour visa, but 144 hour visa free transit, so there is no visa of any kind.
