144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am travelling from Singapore to Shanghai on 20 March, then from Shanghai to Kunshan and return to Shanghai on the same day. Will leave Shanghai for Singapore on 23 March.
I'm holding a French passport, will I be able to get the 144-Hour Free Transit ?

Evay, sorry, but your plan does not meet the requirements. After your stay in Shanghai, you should head for a country or region different from the one you departed from. So you can choose to fly back to Singapore visa HK or Macau or another country, so that you can enjoy this policy.
