About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour transit visa

Hi, i'm travelling from London to Shanghai on Friday 4th March 2016, then from Shanghai to Nanjing on Saturday 5th March 2016, then Nanjing to Hong Kong on Sunday 6th March 2016.
I hold a British passport, will I be able to get the 144 free transit?
Thanks,
