About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

USA > Shanghai > Cambodia one week later Cambodia > Shanghai > USA

I have a 14 hr layover in Shanghai on my return flight to the US. From what I understand, I will be eligible for the 72 visa-free transit. Is that correct?
