About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Hello, I'm a Vietnamese passport holder living in America.

I am applying for visa to travel to Hong kong as tourist.
I did print out form 1003A and fill it out, is this the right form I should summit?
Include with the application, I also have:
1/ A copy of air plane ticket itinerary in and out of HK.
2/ A copy of my passport information page.
3 A copy of bank statement.
Is there anything I may need?
And I currently live in Lubbock, Texas. Where should I send my paper work to?
Thank you for your time.

Yes, the application form 1003A is the right form you should submit.

In addition to the documents you mentioned, you may also need to submit a travel itinerary and hotel reservations.

You should submit the application to the consulate in Houston or post the application to HK Immigration Department directly.
