where is the regular bus located at western hill, kunming?

because i want to  take regular bus departing from dragon gate  to  Art Theater  located on the Dongfeng West Road.

Hi, walk out of the scenic area, near the main entrance you can find Gaoyao bus stop, where you can catch bus no. 51 to Daguanqiao, where it is easy to transfer to no. 52 to the Art Theatre directly. They are within 15km between, so you can also take a taxi with the fare of no more than CNY40.
