Hi, I will be traveling to Taipei on 27 February to 3rd mar. Would it be too cold if I wear shorts?

ReplyYes, it will be too cold to wear shorts. It will rains lightly in late Feburary, and be cloudy in early March. The temperature will range from 59F and 72F. You may wear light jackets, shirts, and pants. :)10Reply
