About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need to apply for a visa??

Hi, can you tell me if I would need an entry permit in this kind of situation:
Open jaw ticket:
Warsaw - Hong Kong
Shanghai - Warsaw
Flight between Hong Kong and Shanghai on another ticket.

Jakub, if you can make sure that your transit time in Shanghai is less than 144 hours, you don’t need to apply for an entry permit because you are eligible for the 144 hour free transit.
