About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying to Shanghai PVG and leaving from Hangzhou HGH

How about if I flying from Europe to Shanghai Pudong airport and then leaving from Nanjing Lukou airport to Hong Kong? Can I use this 144 hrs visa free program?
