Stopover in China. Do I need a transit Visa?

US Immigrant traveling to the Philippines (Philippine passport holder) and my flight itinerary requires a stopover in PRC for a few hours.

Lani, if the stopover is not more than 24 hours, you can enjoy the 24h free transit policy and the transit G type entry permit is not required.
