About:Ngong Ping 360

What can you suggest of destination when arriving at hong kong since our arrival is at 9am?

Our check in time at royal plaza hotel is at 12nn? is it advisable to go to ngong ping 360 when we are waiting for our check in? we are 4 adults and 1 child

Yes, you are highly recommended to visit the place. You can take a cable car up to the mountain, see the Big Buddha, and have a panoramic view of the whole city. It is a wonderful experience! :)
