can we enter to Hong kong on Chinese visa? as a purpose of visit or business?

I have work type for Kyrgyzstan. I want to go to china and then to hong kong. Is it possible for me to travel to china firstly from bishkek on business type. And then from china can i enter to hong kong for business purpose. I am pakistani national. Please provide me with the answer as soon as possible.
