i was born march 29,1988 and he was born nov 18,1986.

Our relationship is on and off and hes the one who always gives up. Is there a possibiity that we can hve a strong relationship bounded by love despite all the obstacles between us? Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

Elaine, since he is the one who always gives up, you'd better figure out whether he is determined to spend the rest life with you. If not, you need to get rid of him and find the new guy.
