I am going to arrive in Peking with Air China at Terminal 2 from Germany and I need to get my connecting flight at Terminal 3 ( Air China ) to Chongqing within 1 h 50 mins. Do I need to check my luggage again? How long does it take to get from terminal 2 to terminal 3? Do I need to have another personal security check or other necessary inspections like passport control / visa / or something similar?

Well, as I know, Air China Airline both arrives at and departs from T3, at PEK. You need to claim your luggage and check it again. Yes, you need to have security check. Upon landing, you need to go through Inspection & Quarantine, have your passport stamped, and claim your luggage. Go through Customs Inspection, Transfer Formalities, and Security Check. Afterwards, wait and board. By the way, the minimum connection time is 120 minutes. Hurry up and good luck! :)
