About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

do i need a visa to a third country?

i am a uk citizen and would like to travel to shanghai on either a 72 or 144 hour free transit pass after i will be traveling to the phiilappines which as a uk citizen i do not need an entry permit for so would proof of my flight to the philiappines be enough?

Peter, as for this situation, I think your passport and the onward air ticket to Philippines are enough. The entry permit isn’t required.
