About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Shanghai-Beijing-Stockholm

Air China from Shanghai to PEK.Then SAS to Stockholm. Must I pick up luggage and check in again- or will it go all the way Shanghai to Stockholm? How much time is needed for transit?

Yes, you need to claim your luggage and check in again. The minimum connection time is 120 minutes. Good luck! ;)
