About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24 hours layover

I have a Syria travel documents with Permanent Residence in Canada travelling to Malaysia for two weeks through Shanghai. Am I eligible for the transit visa? and how can I apply for it?

Ahmad, you are eligible for the 24h visa-free transit. After you land at the airport, you can show your passport and onward ticket to the airline staff or immigration officers when passing by the immigration counter so they will stamp on your passport and allow you to enter.
