About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

flying into shanghai & leaving by cruise ship

Can I use the 144hr waiver to arrive in shanghai stay in hotel 2 days then leave by cruise ship for Tokyo

Neil, if you do not enter from Japan, you can use the 144h free transit.
