Visa Costs and Residence Permit

Hello, I need your help. I want to resign my contract with a Chinese company and they want that I pay Visa Costs about my legalization process. I had a M type, after that a Z type and Residence Permit. They told me 10.000 RMB. Is this possible? Can you give me the costs of each paper. Thank you very much.

Hugo, I think your company charges too much. If they appied the single-entry M type for you before you came PRC, the fee is 35 euros, about CNY 260. Then they convert the M type into Z type when you are in PRC, right? It costs CNY 168. If your residence permit is for one year, it costs CNY 400. So CNY 828 in total I think.
