About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am i allowed to go out to the airport ?

Hello' i'm resident of California traveling to Manila with a layover of 12 hours at Guangzhou airport, i have a permanent resident card or green card, with a Philippine passport. Am i allowed to go out to the airport ?

George, you don't need a visa because you can enjoy the 24-hour visa-free transit. And you are allowed to go out of the airport. You simply need to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
