There is no direct bus. You may take a bus or train to Chengdu first. The bus departs from Passenger Transport Station on Jiaxi Road until 18:50 every day, and the fare is CNY 75. For train schedule, you can search on your own on this website.
Upon arrival, take a bus to Jiuzhaigou from Xiannanmen Bus Station or Chadianzi Bus Station.1
