connecting flight from nanchang to adis ababa via beijing international airport

is 2 hours enough to collect and check in bags and myself since it is a connecting flight from a domestic flight (air china) to an international flight (ethiopian airways)?

Well, generally speaking, you should leave 2.5 to 3 hours to make this transfer.
