Yes, the full name is General Hospital of the Chinese People's Armed Police Forces. And the address you provided is correct.

There are several military hospitals in Beijing. Most of them are located in the west part of the city.
301 General Hospita, the largest of the military hospital, is along subway line 1 in the west. Get off at WuKeSong 五棵松 Station. It a stones' throw from the exit. That's where senior ranking officials of the CCP are treated as well.

Then there is the Navy General Hospital, on subway line 9 (lime green) Get off at Bai Dui Zi (白堆子）station. Th Air Force General Hospital is further west of it, about 3 km, not within subway distance
