About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China
Husband will be forced to leave at the end of March.
My husband's work contract in Beijing will end soon and his residence permit will expire at the end of March. Our marriage took place in Thailand but neither one of us is Thai. We wouldn't be able to travel to Thailand for extra paperwork due to the pandemic. We have a translated and legalized copy of our marriage registration with us but we read that we need it to go through the Chinese embassy in Thailand. We can't go to Thailand right now.... How can we keep him in China longer?
