Singaporean first time visiting shenzhen

I am going there on 8 feb and return back Singapore on 10 feb. do I need to apply a visa for this trip? shall I apply before arrive or I can apply it on arrival?

No, you don't need to apply for the visa. Singaporean passport holders can enjoy 14 days Visa Free Policy. :)
