About:How to Apply for a China Visa

Will Criminal Record affect visa application?

Hi, My boyfriend and I have even training in Kung Fu and our trainer is planning a trip to China at the end of 2018 for 2 weeks very detailed agenda and I'm just finding out options for being allowed into China with a criminal record. The record is pretty serious athough he is a reformed man. Drug charges and asult charges. And when should he apply?

Dear, I think it will have minor influence on his application because he will apply for tourist L type and just stays for a short time in PRC.
He should apply for it one month earlier before his trip.
