About:China Train

Cancellation policy

If I book Chinese rail trips through travelchinaguide.com 2 months in advance, but have to cancel BEFORE my arrival, (say 2 weeks prior to any trip) can I cancel by email and what are the procedures and limitations?

Dear CALGARYTOCALGARY,
If you book with us, and your booking hasn't been paid or issued, you can change or cancel it for free. After the ticket is issued but before delivery and collection, the cancellation fee is 20% of the ticket par value, and the service charge is non-refundable. After it is collected or delivered, change and cancellation could only be made at railway stations. We can not accept change or cancellation within 24 hours before departure time. And all change or cancellation should notify us by email.
