Can I use the 24 hour direct transit or I need to apply for a transit visa?

I hold a jamaican passport and i'm travelling from london to thailand and my stop off is in Guangzhou for 5 hours and on the way back to london i'm stopping off at Guangzhou for another 4 hours will i need a Transit G type or am i ok with the 24hr policy they have for some countries.

Kris, you can use the 24 hour direct transit for both legs of your trip. So you don’t need to apply for a transit G type.
