Before we issue the tickets, the clients enjoy free service on changing their bookings.

After the tickets are issued, any change required by guests on confirmed flight date or time or airline company must be notified us by written, mail or fax.

The change terms are subject to the airlines Change & Cancellation policy. We will calculate the change fee from the day we receive the change notice by Beijing time.

If the clients cancel their trips, the client must notify us by written, mail or fax. We will calculate your refund on the day when we receive the written cancellation by Beijing time. The service charge of CNY40.00 net per ticket will be surcharged for cancellation or no show. All refunds to the client will be processed within 20 days after receiving your cancellation notice. The service charge for refund should be on your side.
