About:Beijing - Hong Kong Train

Please educate me about the cancellation policy of train tickets from hong kong to beijing

As i know, you need to cancel it from the place you booked it and there should be a cancellation fee around 20% of the ticket price as well as a handling fee if asked by your booking agent.
