can my chinese wife invite my brothersisters?

I am a Pakistani citizen, married PRC citizen and living in China. I am holding one year residence permit . Now We want my brother and sister to visit us . Can my wife invite them or should I invite them ? And which type of visa they should apply ,Q2/S2 ? What documents are required ? Thank you .

Dear, if you don’t study or work and just live in China, I think only your wife can issue the invitation letter to your family members to apply for family Q2 type. The required documents include the passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your wife and her Chinese ID card (copy), as well as the notarized relationship certificate.
