You should apply for a tourist L type at the CVASC in Johannesburg.
Rush service is available there and it takes 2 working days. It will charge 1600 rand in total.
In addition to the basic documents, you also need to provide your valid entry permit to South Africa.

Thank you for the response. So I am unable to acquire this in Cape Town? Secondly, I am entering SA without entry permit, what are these 'valid entry' forms requested?

Taisa, you are unable to apply for it in Cape Town.
When you enter South Africa, you must get a stamp or other sticker on your passport, it is regarded as your valid entry permit to South Africa.
