About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Do I qualify for 144 visa free transit? Cape Town -> Dubai -> Beijing -> Hong Kong -> Tokyo
I fly August 10 from Cape Town, South Africa to Beijing, with a short layover in Dubai (03:55 Aug 11), to arrive 15:25 August 11. I then fly to Hong Kong 09:30 August 16, and then Tokyo on August 18th.
From my understanding, the layover is what is important for entry and I can travel in Hong Kong visa free for the departure, so the only important part of my trip is:
Dubai -> Beijing -> Hong Kong
I plan to have all my accommodation booked, but just wanted to confirm that this route qualifies for the 144 visa free transit before I make my final bookings.
