i am in beijing now, what do you suggest me to do during spring festival?

I read that there are many fairs near temples, which one is the best? If want to see fireworks, where should I go?Is there like a main place where they fire up and I can see everything?I would like to do something typical chinese.

Many temple fairs will be held during Spring Festival. You are advised to go to Old Summer Palace to enjoy the traditional temple fair. I am afriad that there will be no firework shows in the temple fairs. To see fireworks during the Spring Festival, you may go to Blue Bay near Chaoyang Park, or China Millennium Monument near Yuyuantan Park.
