About:China Family Reunion Visa

I've heard that to get a visa I must prove I have a return flight from the UK. is that true?

Hello my husband is chinese and I am wanting to move to china and live with them on a permanent basis.

Georgia, if so, you can apply for a family Q1 type. In this case, you don’t need to present a return flight ticket.
Usually, when one applies for a tourist L type, round trip air tickets are required.
