About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72h free transit+ valid visa

Hi all!

I will have a MUC-PEK-HKG flight, with a 36 hours layover in Beijing. After HKG i will go back to China twice.

So is it possible that at my first entry in Beijing, I may get a 72h free transit instead of validating my single/double entry permit?

Mark, for your first entry, you can get the 72h free transit. In order not to wrongly use your single or double entry permit, you should tell the immigration officer you want to apply for the free transit when getting through the passport control.
