So which Bus station should I find to take Bus. And how far is it from Guangzhou Airport.

Are you going to Changsha from Beijing? That's really a long ride. I find one departure at 16:00 from Liuliqiao Long-distance Bus Station. Ticket fare is CNY 320 and duration is about 18 hours. BTW, there are bullet trains between the two cities. Duration is about 6-7 hours and they are comfortable. You can search for the details on this website.Guangzhou is about 400 miles away from Changsha. and it is recommended to travel by bullet train too.
