About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am flying from Shanghai to USA with connecting flight in Beijing.

is 95 minutes enough time to make connecting flights?

Well, I'm afraid that you won't have enough transfer. Generally speaking, you need 120 to 160 mins to complete those transfer procedures.
