About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Travel to & from HK

My bosses will be leaving the USA to HK want to attend a meeting in Guangzhou then return to Hong Kong for other meetings and depart from HK the next day for USA- will they qualify for the 72 visa waiver?

Susan, they are not eligible for the 72 hour policy because after the transit in Guangzhou, they go back to the departure region. They should apply for a business M type in advance.
