Transit Visa for portugal

Hi, i'm from São Tome and Príncipe, actualy i'm student in china! Só, i really want to know the full process to get transit permit to my country and how much i have to pay.

Leslie, the first thing you need to do is to prepare the required documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form and 2 recently-taken bareheaded color photos, proof of financial support, your residence permit in PRC, travel insurance and your air tickets (original and copy). Next, submit your application to the consulate general of Portugal in PRC to apply for the transit entry permit.
As for the fee, you are advised to contact with the embassy and know about more.
