About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Train from Luoyang to Xian April 27, 2016

There are 9 of us from Canada that plan to take rail from Luoyang to Xian on April 20, 2016. I understand that the tickets will be available 60 days in advance. If we purchase on TCG, I suppose that we can choose the self collection option and then will be given a pick up number. Can we pick up them at the Luoyang Railway station on April 16 or 17? All we need to pick up them are the pick up number and the Canadian passports? Thanks.

Hey, you can collect them at any time if you have the pick up number in hand. All you need is pick up number and passports. You can also think about their delivery option as for 9 passengers it may take you sometimes for the colllection process. If you do it by yourself, it is advisable to do it a few days in advance to avoid the trouble on the day of travel.
